Girls' Making the Grade with Voice is a motivational, community-based organization that encourages girls to strive for excellence. The importance of getting a well-rounded education is stressed as a key to success and goes beyond the three R's. Girls are encouraged to become knowledgeable in the areas of history, music, science, and the arts. Girls are taught how to set goals and achieve them. They are also taught why moral values and self-respect are important to a successful life's journey and why a firm spiritual connection is essential.
